Choosing the right career is not an easy decision - we know that only too well. Countless possibilities, many questions: What suits me? What are my strengths, where can I best apply them? And what do I really enjoy doing?
And that's exactly why we want to offer pupils and prospective trainees guidance. With our new concept - apprentice workshops for school classes - they can experience first-hand what our apprenticeships are all about - not just watch, but get hands-on! This week, we welcomed pupils from Bertha von Suttner Comprehensive School to our training workshop at the Buschhütten campus. We are delighted that the day went down well with the pupils and hope that they were not only able to gain exciting experiences, but that our workshops also took them a step further in the exciting question of their future career choice.
Because we think so: A good decision needs real insights.
