Our customer Alunorf has placed a new order with us for a state-of-the-art Achenbach SUPERSTACK® II Filtration system comprising two filtration units. Tailored to the specific operation purpose, they serve for micro-filtration of the rolling oil of a cold rolling mill in a continuous process. The filters are equipped with the latest technology enabling an optimised, fast as well as energy-saving cleaning process and provides maximum operational reliability. This, for example, is the Achenbach CONDUSENS® Inline Conductivity Sensor, which monitors the oil conductivity and warns in the event of electrostatic charging of the rolling oil. In the run-up, Alunorf was impressed by the high-quality of the cast aluminium filter plates, which are durable over the entire service life of the filter. The fact that the Achenbach team was able to realise the customer's requirements quickly and flexibly in advance also contributed to the decision-making process. During a visit to Buschhütten, Alunorf was finally able to gain an impression of the high quality of the production and design of the SUPERSTACK II filters. We are very much looking forward to the realisation of this project and the further cooperation with Alunorf.
By the way, Achenbach SUPERSTACK® II Microfiltration Systems clean the rolling oil following the closed-loop principle, as it is recycled to the rolling process, which is ecologically and economically highly efficient. Together with the Achenbach AIRPURE® Exhaust Air Purification systems and the Achenbach ROILPURE® Rectification Systems, they handle the entire exhaust air and coolant flow in the rolling process.
